離職票 meaning: separation notice

What it is

A document your company requests from Hello Work and sends to you after you leave. Without it you cannot apply for unemployment benefits.

When you see it

About 10 days after your last day.

What to do

Check the reason for leaving written on it. If you disagree, tell Hello Work.
